Strings are displayed as an easy to navigate tree. It is quick and easy to find a translation by key.
Stringer is easy to use, strings can be edited inline with ease in a human friendly way.
Translations are annotated with title, a link to a screenshot and hidden and wip tags to help better manage strings.
No charge, and it won't stalk you around the internet either. It's also open source and hackable - if you can Java you can make it your own.
